The Mandalorian Crusaders has been a great guild.
It is really hard for me to say this, but we are disbanding as a guild. I feel its best we do this. Many of are veteran members have left or are inactive, or don't even remember us.

This does not mean that we will just call it quits.

The mandalorian tradition will live on.

Over the next few days we will be making a transition, a transition from being a guild to being a group.

This new group will be known as the Mandalorian Union. A group of mandalorians that will be playing on true galaxies future emu server. What this means is we will no longer be carrying the guild tag.

We will also be setting up a new forums site. I will let everyone know the URL of the new forums as soon as its up and running.

Im sorry for this. But we lost hidden_assassin, we lost venc, we lost nolcro, we lost eclipse, and we lost...talak.... All are top members. I see a bad future for us, if we were to remain as a guild.

Im also sorry that one day everythings going enthusiastically and then the next day, were disbanding.

The possibilities of the mandalorian union having a city is not gone and the possibility of having mandal motors is not gone.

From this point <MANDO> is no longer a guild. I understand that some of you may not accept this, and may even want to take over as Mandalore, I cant stop you from starting your own guild or leaving the mandalorian culture behind.

I will remain Mandalore of the Mandalorian Union.

Ranks and Guild Setup

After about an hour of research into mandalorian words and ranks, ive found quite a few flaws in are system. Mandalorians didnt exactly have many ranks, but they had titles and jobs.
the rank Ori'vod will be abolished because it doesnt mean general, it means big brother.

From now on, all mandalorians will have 1 rank and 1 job/title.

Ranks:

Aliit - Guild members

Alor - Officer

Mandalore - Guild Leader

Jobs/Titles:

Hibir - Student
Learning to become.

Ge'verd - Almost a warrior
Strong on ground or in space.

Verd - Warrior
Has seen war or participated in a battle, on ground or in space.

Al'Verde - Commander
Has seen war, a good leader and smart in combat. Al'Verde's are responsible for leading and planning battles and gives advice to the aliit.

Alor'ad - Captain
Good in space combat, a good leader, has knowledge of starships and space tactics. Responsible for leading and planning space combat and gives advice to the aliit.

Once a mandalorian has reached the rank Ge'verd, he will be enlisted into the Akaan'ade (Mandalorian Army) where he will be assigned to a Al'Verde or an Alor'ad.

Al'Verde's and Alor'ads are chosen by Mandalore and the Alor.
